27.06.13 - 28.06.13 WORK MEETING – ROMANIA’S COMMITMENTS AS A MEMBER OF THE EUROPEAN HIGHER EDUCATION AREA AND THEIR IMPACT ON HIGHER EDUCATION FINANCING
UEFISCDI continued the series of meetings concerning Romania’s commitments as an EHEA member state and their impact on higher education financing. A number of topics have been developed in the meeting held on 27 – 28 June 2013, such as: qualifications frameworks, employability or recognition. In se second day of the meeting, the project experts debated and agreed on the final conclusions and recommendations in regard to the Bologna Process action lines and their implementation at national level.

On 16 – 17 May 2013, a team of national and international experts took part in a Mutual Learning Workshop on developing a multi-dimensional analysis of Romanian higher education institutions (internationalization and equity and social cohesion). The event was organized in Timisoara and also included study visits at West University of Timisoara and “Politehica” University of Timisoara.
