As part of the “Education Evidence Based Policy Making: a necessary premise for progress in Romania” project, the Executive Agency for Higher Education, Research, Development and Innovation Funding (UEFISCDI) will host the Conference entitled: “Internal Quality Assurance in Romanian Universities”. The Conference will bring together national and international experts on quality assurance, representatives of the Ministry of National Education, the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ARACIS), student organizations and Romanian universities.
Starting from the analysis done by the international team of experts and the study visits reports from the visits conducted in five Romanian universities, the participants will discuss how the internal quality assurance systems achieves its purpose and how different stakeholders can work together to improve its adequacy to the needs of the academia and society at large.
The conference will take place on the 1st of November 2013 at the Palatul Parlamentului Ibis Hotel in Bucharest.
